Custom Thermal Data Systems

When the requirement is not a familiar catalogue shape — still Pyrolog territory if it is furnace / heat / pyrometry / thermal data automation.

Customer outcome

Capture what must be measured, shown, stored and reported — so Multitek can engineer the hardware and software around it.

Practical situations

Illustrative requirements that may need a custom data-system design.

  • Single-batch temporary logging only
  • Years of persistent history with instant retrieval
  • Unusual channel topology or integration
  • Hybrid portable + permanent needs

Inputs for a useful concept

Describe the process, interfaces, evidence, constraints and must-have outcomes before choosing the architecture.

  • Application class and must-have outputs
  • Optional technical specification attachment
  • Photos / wiring notes welcome
  • Lifecycle and upgrade expectations

Lifecycle: AMC, calibration, repair, remote assistance and upgrades. (Additional engineering scoped separately.)

Define the result

Four questions are enough to begin

  1. What thermal process or furnace context is involved?
  2. What must be measured or imported?
  3. What must people see, receive, store or retrieve?
  4. What existing equipment or IT boundary must be respected?

A photo, sketch, current report or datasheet can communicate more than a long questionnaire. Attach one if useful; it is never mandatory.

Pyrolog boundary

Custom work remains centred on furnace, heat-treatment, pyrometry and thermal-data acquisition, monitoring, alarms, reporting, archive, visibility and data-side integration.

Primary furnace PLC programming, burner/heater sequencing and safety control are not the Pyrolog product promise. A wider need may be coordinated with the appropriate Multitek team.

The output may be one professionally recorded batch, a portable workflow, a long-lived archive, a custom HMI/report or an unusual combination. It does not need to resemble a catalogue model.
