When you submit Configure Pyrolog, Multitek receives the details you provide (name, email, mobile, optional company/location, requirement answers and optional attachments) to respond to your enquiry.
Submissions are stored for follow-up and may be emailed to Multitek sales/engineering. Customer email is used as Reply-To only after validation. We do not use your enquiry free text as public marketing content.
A short-lived, same-browser session is used to show the submission receipt without placing your requirement in the URL. A non-reversible network identifier may be held briefly to limit automated form abuse. Uploaded files are type-checked and stored outside normal public access, but you should still remove unnecessary personal or confidential material before uploading.
Site analytics, if enabled, track anonymous events such as Configure clicks and tool use — not RFQ free text, email, phone or filenames.
Attachments should exclude unnecessary personal data. Do not upload executable files.
